Disney+ is focusing on family-oriented entertainment, but if you want to add more variety to it, you can purchase a bundle that also includes Hulu and ESPN+. The Mouse House is all set and ready to join the streaming wars with its own subscription service, and the platform will be the home of an extensive list of films and TV shows from Walt Disney Pictures, Pixar, 20th Century Fox, Lucasfilm, Marvel Studios, and more.
One of Disney+’s strengths is its price, as it offers a monthly subscription for $6.99, or $69.99 if you decide to pay for a whole year, giving it the higher ground when compared to most of its competitors (especially when taking into account all the content you get for that price). But as the streaming wars heat up, Disney has to step up, and it’s offering a bundle that will expand users’ options when it comes to content, as they won’t be restricted to “family friendly” titles only.

While other services offer packages either providing ad-free services or simultaneous streams, Disney+ is all about diversity in content. Here’s what the bundle is about and how much it costs.
Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ Bundle
Disney’s other streaming services, Hulu and ESPN+, are joining forces with their new sibling Disney+ to make their subscribers’ lives a bit easier. Hulu is all about general entertainment, and beginning in March 2020, it will be the home of FX shows. This platform is also the home of more adult-oriented series such as The Handmaid’s Tale and Castle Rock. Hulu’s price is at $5.99 per month with ads and $11.99 per month ad-free. ESPN+, on the other hand, is oriented towards sports and also offers original programming, such as a basketball analysis show hosted and produced by Kobe Bryant and a daily NHL highlight and discussion show. Out of the three this is the cheapest one at $4.99 per month.
Now, here’s where the magic is. If you want to subscribe to Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+, you can do so through a bundle that offers the three services for $12.99 per month (important note: the bundle includes Hulu with ads). That’s a reasonable price if you take into account that subscribing to all three separately would have a monthly cost of $17.97. By getting the bundle, users will have access to all content from Disney+ – which includes all Star Wars films, titles from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Disney classics, TV shows like The Simpsons, and more – as well as sports coverage through ESPN+ and a good amount of films, TV shows, and original content from many genres thanks to Hulu.
This is the only bundle available for now, and just like the monthly subscription to Disney+, the price might change in the future. Disney hasn’t shared more plans for bundles and packages but it wouldn’t be surprising if they come up with something new depending on how well the service performs, as well as how popular this first bundle turns out to be.
