Ahsoka has been universally praised for its stunning fight choreography, which built on that traditionally seen in the Star Wars franchise. It achieved this by giving its characters unusual and distinctive weapons; Baylan’s orange lightsaber is wielded like a broadsword, as though it has tremendous weight, while Shin’s is rapier-like. Morgan’s weapons are just as unique; she used a beskar spear in The Mandalorian season 2, and her fighting style with the Blade of Talzin was very different to the handling of a lightsaber.
