Ahsoka Funko Pops Announced In Celebration Of Disney+ Launch

Funko pulled back the curtain on new Ahsoka Pop! vinyl bobbleheads, celebrating the release of the Star Wars Disney+ show. Made popular during the Force Friday run for Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Funko Pops! have become essential items for collectors in the Disney Star Wars era. Recent waves have given The Mandalorian, The Book of Boba Fett, and Obi-Wan Kenobi characters the Funko treatment, and Ahsoka is next up.

Funko revealed six new Pop! vinyl bobbleheads and three keychains inspired by characters from Ahsoka.

The standard wave of Pops! includes Ahsoka Tano, General Hera Syndulla, Chopper, Professor Huyang, and the mysterious Inquisitor Marrok. An unmasked Sabine Wren, with blasters drawn, will be exclusive to Amazon. Ahsoka, Hera, and helmeted Sabine join the Pop! keychain line of miniatures. The Funko Pops can be all purchased on Amazon.

Ahsoka Funko Pops Announced In Celebration Of Disney+ Launch

The Ahsoka Funko Pops! will make fine additions to collections worldwide. Funko has been upping the game in quality recently, and the new Ahsoka Pops! demonstrate this through highly detailed interpretations of the characters. They’ll sit well alongside their Mandoverse counterparts, making for a satisfying blend of heroes and villains across different stories. Ahsoka Tano is a natural inclusion in the line, as are Sabine and Hera. The chaotic Chopper and snippy Professor Huyang round out the protagonists nicely, with Marrok more than holding his own.

It’s clear that these are just the first wave of many Ahsoka Pops! to come. Excluded among the villains are dark siders Baylan Skoll and his apprentice Shin Hati, as well as the Nightsister Morgan Elsbeth. Grand Admiral Thrawn will naturally warrant the Funko treatment, as will Ezra Bridger when he makes his triumphant return. Variants of Ahsoka and Sabine should be expected, as well, with the lead characters of Ahsoka sporting many looks and weapons in the show.
