Star Trek: Prodigy’s Admiral Kathryn Janeway actor, Kate Mulgrew, publicly comments on the news that the beloved animated series has been saved by Netflix. Mulgrew was among the millions disappointed when Paramount+ canceled Star Trek: Prodigy in June 2023. Due to the SAG-AFTRA strike, Mulgrew honored her union and generally kept silent about Star Trek, even opting out of her planned appearance at August’s STLV: 57 Year Mission convention in Las Vegas. But Mulgrew joins the legions of fans overjoyed that Netlfix is Star Trek: Prodigy‘s new home.
