Angela Deem yelled at Liz Woods during a recent 90 Day: The Last Resort episode, but she is slowly overcoming her aggressive attitude. The Georgia native is currently featured on the spin-off with her Nigerian husband, Michael Ilesanmi. The couple first debuted in 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days and then got married on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Throughout Angela’s journey on reality TV, viewers have seen her disrespecting her husband several times and even hurling insults at them. In recent years, she has received massive backlash for verbally and physically abusing Michael.
Angela hasn’t worked on her rude behavior with her husband for long. In fact, she has even started being offensive to her co-stars. During 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Tell-All, she picked a fight with Yara Zaya. Fast forward to now, Angela got angry at Liz because she didn’t support Big Ed. While Liz remained calm during her fight with Angela, the 57-year-old reality star kept screaming in Liz’s face. Angela shouted profanities at Liz and became so aggressive with her that the production team had to step in to stop the fight.
Angela Deem Acknowledges Her Bad Behavior
However, Angela has been showing improvement in her behavior lately. In the latest 90 Day: The Last Resort episode, Dr. Janie inquires Angela about her hot tub clash with Liz. After listening to Angela’s side of the story, the therapist asked her to work on her anger response. The 90 Day Fiancé franchise star admitted, “I have a problem with trying to express my words. I don’t have the comfort everybody has, I don’t have no one to help me stop. I mean I get upset.” Later on, Angela admitted that her triggers made her too aggressive. She added, “That’s the same aggressiveness with Michael — and maybe I have some fixing to do too.”
Angela Deem Has Started Treating Michael With Respect & Love
Angela’s abusive behavior towards Michael has kept escalating season after season. However, she has become more calm after entering the retreat and attending a few counseling sessions with the therapists. The 90 Day Fiancé franchise star has started showing Michael love and appears ready to forgive him for cheating on her. She recently said during a confessional, “I love Michael, and I don’t want our only communication to be just screaming and hollering.” Angela said she wanted to learn a new and better way to communicate with her husband instead of getting angry. She added, “I have to if we’re gonna fix this.”
Angela Deem Acted Like A Great Friend To Molly Hopkins
During the first few episodes of 90 Day: The Last Resort, Angela tried to bond with most of her co-stars. She immediately connected with fellow Georgia native Molly Hopkins. Meemaw Angela listened to Molly’s relationship problems with Kelly Brown. Angela didn’t intervene with Molly or try to shift all the attention to her. Even though the two Georgia reality stars met for the first time on the show, Angela made Molly feel comfortable venting about her failed relationship. After watching Angela’s soft side on 90 Day: The Last Resort, it appears that she isn’t really a bad person.
