The 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 days star Avery Warner is currently caught amidst a scandal with her ex-husband. Recently, her ex posted a list online that outlines damning allegations against Avery as a parent. Her boyfriend that is also featured on the show, Ash Naeck has spoken out about the allegations, claiming that they are false.
Ash and Avery have been on the current season of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. This couple has had their share of issues regarding Ash’s career being a relationship coach, the distance, as well as their differences in opinions regarding gender. It seems that what started off amazing has begun to crash and burn in the latest episodes of the season. Many speculate that they are no longer together, but after they’ve both defended each other publicly on Instagram, it seems that they might have a chance.
In the recent weeks, Avery’s ex-husband came forward with some serious claims against Avery, whom they share their 10-year-old daughter with. Her ex-husband claimed many things, in the form of a 10 point list (via Soapdirt). The list claims the following:
“Avery has never had custody of their oldest daughter. Avery rarely visits her daughter despite having visitation rights. Avery has not contacted her daughter since Fall of 2019. Avery does not financially support her daughter. Avery suffers from Type 2 Bipolar disorder but does not take her meds. Avery’s violent behavior has culminated in prior institutionalization. Avery’s participation in her daughters life is fleeting with visits only a couple times a year. Avery misconstrues her participation in her daughters life via social media. Avery has never been to a doctor appointment for her daughter. Avery disappeared from her daughter’s life from the years 2014-2017”
Her (ex?) boyfriend, Ash certainly would concur with this opinion. Ash took to Instagram to post a message in response to her ex-husband’s allegations on a photo that he posted of Avery and her youngest daughter Sylver. Check out the post below:
He wrote a heartfelt testament to Avery’s ability as a parent. Additionally, it draws into question the ex-husband’s motivation for this post. Ignoring the fact that the allegations were perfectly formulated to accommodate ten items, the phrasing of the post also hints at an ulterior motive. Suggesting that Avery is mentally ill and does not take her medications can not possibly be known by the husband. It also is irrelevant to Avery’s parenting ability.
This statement serves as a discriminatory claim to undermine Avery as a human being. Furthermore, claims like Avery has never been to a doctor appointment for her daughter seem to invoke melodrama rather than legitimate evidence. In hindsight, the testament from on-again-off-again boyfriend Ash is a good sign. As someone involved in Avery’s life he has a biased but omniscient perspective. Also, knowing that they’re likely not together anymore proves that he really has nothing to gain from this post. However, Ash did put in a backhanded compliment at the end of the post, reading: “Avery may suck in an intimate relationship, but she is a gem of a mum.” This line suggests that Ash and Avery’s relationship didn’t last, but the truth still won’t be known until the finale.
In all likelihood, Avery’s ex-husband ironically exhibits mental issues in his own right to publicly shame the mother of the daughter he cares for. Even though Ash and Avery’s relationship status is currently unknown, it seems that Ash will be there to support her as a woman and a mother. Fans will have to wait and see the status of their relationship on the series finale of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days this week.
