However, the expectant mother changed the course of events by telling Biniyam that she isn’t looking forward to being alone with him. While Ariela was in the States, she was overjoyed while anticipating having her baby alongside her Ethiopian lover. She made a risky trip to Ethiopia with her mother, Janice, and planned to settle there permanently. However, the recent episodes of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way suggest that she is eager to go back to the States. After Janice left for America, her daughter started having second thoughts about living in a third world country. While many girlfriends would be happy to enjoy some alone time with their boyfriends, Ari had a complete meltdown. She finds herself alone in a new country, which is making her sad. While sobbing, she told the dad of her baby, “I’m just stressed out. I’m having a baby in like 10 weeks. I don’t have any friends here. My mom left. I feel like stuck here.” Biniyam tries to comfort his 28-year-old girlfriend, but she said, “I don’t know, I’m not looking forward to being alone with you. I’m not happy about it.”
The primary reason for her being so resistant seems to be the poor living conditions provided by the 29-year-old Ethiopian. Although Biniyam is doing the best he can while managing five different jobs, he cannot afford the kind of accommodation that Ari wants.
