90 Day Fiance: The Other Way released a new sneak peek for the upcoming 2nd season. So, is Sumit really getting a divorce this time? As of now, Jenny has no physical evidence that Sumit has kept his word to her.
Season 2 of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way early premiere has just arrived and fans are so excited to see Jenny and Sumit’s story continue. Fans were a bit surprised to see the couple were giving their relationship a second chance. It came as a huge surprise to see that the couple signed on for the 2nd season. Escpailly since the biggest bombshell of season 1 was when Sumit turned out to be secretly already married to a woman there in India. Fans will recall that Jenny left everything behind in her hometown of Palm Springs, California ad flew to India to meet Sumit. She had quit her job, sold all her belongings, only to be hidden away from his family and lied to.
On June 8th, the season will officially start, but those with the TLC app were lucky enough to get a glimpse of the famous couple. Jenny is currently living with her one daughter as she has no job and no stability of her own. She is couch surfing and helping taking care of her grandchildren. Fans also see Tina, Jenny’s other daughter who traveled to India with her wife Jen, tell cameras that they still support Jenny and her quest but this will be the last time as it is three strikes and you’re out. At one point, Jenny and Sumit have a video call where they still are smitten as ever with one another. Jenny’s replays the hard year she had when she found out Sumit had lied to her for so long but still believes he is the love of her life. During their call, the American flat out tells Sumit that there can be no more lying. The call center worker reassures his girlfriend that he has learned his lesson and will never lie again. In a smart move, Jenny then asks if he has told his parents about her coming back. She doesn’t want to repeat the same mistake as last time and be a secret. Sumit calmly replies “yes,” but to fans’ surprise, Jenny doubles down and tells him to bring them into the room so she can ask them. Immediately he looks like a deer in the headlights and fumbles over his words. Eventually getting up from his chair, telling Jenny it may take a minute or two.
Obviously, he has not told his parents and was caught in his own web of lies. Most assumed he was telling them right then and there, while Jenny waited on the other line. The TLC personality also explained that he and his wife and agreed to divorce and made the first payment. Fans are already doubtful that Jenny and Sumit will be able to make this relationship work, especially if Sumit continues to lie to her.
