90 Day Fiancé: Love In Paradise – Jordan Mason’s Felony Arrest Explained

90 Day Fiancé: Love In Paradise star Jordan Mason’s in the news for the wrong reasons, and one of them’s a felony arrest that’s not yet been mentioned in her storyline with Everton on TLC. The 38-year-old woman is from Dallas, Texas, and met Everton from Jamaica 12 years ago. The 47-year-old Portland resident was making a living as the captain of a boat. Onboard, he hosted a party that Jordan attended. While Jordan mentioned having other relationships in those 12 years, she stayed in touch with Everton, whom she got together with three years ago, prior to the 90 Day Fiancé spin-off.

What 90 Day Fiancé star Jordan didn’t mention was the fact that she was also married after she met Everton. Jordan’s ex-husband is a 46-year-old personal trainer. She divorced him in 2016, and doesn’t share any children with him. While it’s unclear whether Everton knows about her previously being married, Jordan definitely kept one secret from him. Jordan had been helping Everton with money when his tourism-led job slowed down during the pandemic. Jordan’s own job as an eyelash extension artist took a hit due to COVID-19, and Jordan who’s a nudist, took to making custom fetish videos for a living.

90 Day Fiancé: Love In Paradise – Jordan Mason’s Felony Arrest Explained

During the latest 90 Day Fiancé: Love In Paradise season 3 episode. Jordan told Everton that she works in the adult industry. Other elements of her backstory are murkier, as per InTouch, as reported earlier in May 2023. Texas court and jail records obtained by Starcasm show that Jordan was arrested in 2011 for two felony offenses. The charges related to witness tampering stemming from an incident that took place in March 2011. Jordan allegedly threatened a husband and wife, “with intent to influence the said [witnesses] to withhold, abstain from or discontinue.” This made them fear for their safety.

The Texas couple in question were actually the victims of an armed robbery that took place after they had put their TV up for sale on Craigslist. They planned to meet a buyer who showed interest, but instead, “multiple men” arrived in a white SUV. At gunpoint, they forced the husband to let them into the house. The wife, who locked herself in a bathroom before calling 911, was then bound with zip ties, along with the husband. The couple suspected more people were coming with a truck to take everything from the house, but the suspects ran as soon as they heard police sirens, leaving the couple bound on the floor.

The Charges Were Felony Offenses

A suspect who tried to hide on a neighbor’s roof before running off was apprehended at a gas station. That person was indicted for two counts of aggravated robbery and two counts of unlawful restraint. It’s not known if Jordan has a connection with the suspect, but it was his case that Jordan was allegedly interfering with. The man appears to have been from the same Texas city (Carrollton) that Jordan’s from. She pleaded no contest to the charges in January 2012, after which she was sentenced to eight days in county jail, along with a $1500 fine, and 400 hours of community service.

How 90 Day Fiancé Star Jordan Reacted To Resurfaced News Of Her Arrest

Jordan’s charges were supposedly dropped in December 2014, when the court issued an order to terminate her community probation. Jordan happened to share a post about Starcasm‘s report on Instagram, which showed her two mugshots, and a still from 90 Day Fiancé: Love In Paradise. She seemingly commented on a Cayman Islands news outlet by writing, “Now the world knows I was RAISED BY GANGSTAS” before adding, “Keep chirping simpleton. You’d never survive… or THRIVE in these streets.” Jordan jokingly commented on her mugshots, saying she tried to look her best but the, “lighting in there sucks.” Plus, she was asked to look straight ahead, so posing options were limited.
