Popular 90 Day Fiancé star Loren Brovarnik shared a rare photo update about her oldest son with Alexei Brovarnik, Shai Josef, in which the two year old looks all grown up. While it’s been years since fans first saw Loren and Alexei on 90 Day Fiancé season 3, they remember how the couple met during a Birthright Israel program trip, when Alexei was the medic for the getaway. Loren and Alexei got married and starred in Pillow Talk and their own spin-off called Loren & Alexei: After The 90 Days. After their wedding in September 2015, the TLC pair together welcomed Shai in April 2020, their second baby Asher Noah in August 2021, and their third child, a daughter named Ariel Raya, in September 2022.
The eldest brother in the Brovarnik clan, Shai has been an expressive baby right from the start. He was just three months old when he made his reality TV debut on 90 Day Diaries with Loren and Alexei. Fans who watched Shai grow up in front of their eyes on TLC shows and Instagram, however, couldn’t believe how big he looked in his new photos with his mom Loren. “As exhausting as it is—I’ll never get these moments back,” 90 Day Fiancé star Loren wrote in her caption. She called her son a “#bigboy” using a hashtag. In the pictures, Shai with his gorgeous light eyes and tiny face smiled for the selfie camera with Loren and in one of them, playfully tugged at his mama’s ponytail. Fans had a lot of fun reactions for Shai in the comments such as, “Excuseeee me, TEENAGER!!” and “HOW IS HE THIS BIG ALREADY.”

Viewers have not been able to stop obsessing over how similar Shai and his father Alexei look ever since the couple welcomed their firstborn. The resemblance between them just keeps growing, making fans comment, “like father, like son” on their pictures. While Loren claims that Shai has his mom’s facial expressions even though he may look like his father, Baby Brov and daddy Brov have always been two peas in a pod. However, this time around, Loren’s Instagram post did get some comments that gushed, “Whoa. He looks like Mommy!” and “So cute !!!! He looks like you.”
Loren continues to share snippets of her daily life with her 1.4 million-plus followers while tackling difficult topics such as postpartum depression and weight loss after pregnancy that aren’t often discussed. However, fans have started to question Loren about why she’s not been posting about her third baby Ariel at all. Since announcing that they’ve become parents again on September 9, Loren has shared just one photo of baby Ariel on her timeline. As per 90 Day Fiancé celeb Loren’s picture, the tiny angel is still in NICU because she’s a premature baby, but some fans want to see more of Ariel on her parents’ social media.
It seems there not being any clear photo showing Loren and Alexei’s baby’s face is what’s coming across as odd to these 90 Day Fiancé viewers. Some suspect it’s because the couple could be under contract to reveal their child’s photographs only on a TLC spin-off. Still, fans want Loren to tell them if they brought Ariel home and if she’s doing okay. Loren is going through a difficult time dealing with depression even though things may look great on the surface. Moreover, it must be tough for reality TV star Loren to stay away from her child for so long, in which case, she must be expecting her fans to send their good wishes and prayers until Ariel comes home.
