Molly Claimed Kelly Didn’t Respect Her As A Mom

Kelly was showing his fellow cast members at 90 Day: The Last Resort that he was trying to fix his relationship with Molly, but she was put off by what Kelly was making her look like to the group. Molly insisted it was because of Kelly’s “Teddy Bear” personality that it became difficult for anyone to look at him as the bad guy. Molly claimed the Kelly who moved to Georgia was nothing like the Kelly she had met and fallen in love with. She did not appreciate Kelly painting her as a terrible person or “holy reign of terror.”

Molly said to Kelly, “You act like you haven’t done anything when you know damn well what you’ve done.” She added that Kelly didn’t do anything to help her when she had her hysterectomy. Molly felt terrible because Kelly didn’t give her a get-well-soon card or even a flower. Molly thought he planned to come to Georgia and marry her to “have a family and do the thing.” However, she complained about him having lost all motivation along with respect for her as a mom and businesswoman.

Kelly Allegedly Choke-Slammed Molly’s Daughter Olivia

According to In Touch, Molly’s daughter Olivia and Kelly were allegedly involved in a physical altercation before his split with Molly in November 2022. The alleged incident took place inside Molly’s LiviRae Lingerie. A police report taken by the Cobb County Police Department has the details where Olivia claimed she was in the store with her mom and another employee. Olivia was working behind the counter when Kelly supposedly walked into the store. Kelly was angry at Olivia because he had issues with her boyfriend. Olivia and Kelly argued while he seemingly warned her that he would “come at her.” Olivia asked Kelly to go ahead.

Kelly allegedly rushed to the counter to grab Olivia’s neck and slammed her against the wall. Kelly then reportedly took Olivia and threw her to the ground, which prevented her from breathing. The report was filed on February 2, 2023. Olivia stated she waited so long to file the report because Kelly was a former NYPD detective. Olivia seemed to have marks on her neck from the altercation, and Molly “should have pictures” of them on her phone. Kelly had shared a screenshot of an email he’d received from Olivia on the same day on his Instagram.

Olivia allegedly sent Kelly the email on November 14, 2022. “This is what I had to deal with when I moved to Georgia. But they will paint an innocent picture,” Kelly wrote in his caption. The email showed Molly’s daughter using profanities and racist remarks to degrade Kelly’s physical appearance. Olivia has called herself a “white spoiled person” and said Kelly was a “loser” and “fat” in the alleged message. Meanwhile, Instagram blogger @rewatchreality shared Olivia’s email of her side of the story, which she allegedly sent to Kelly after she heard him raise his voice at her mom during a phone call.

Molly Broke Up With Kelly Over “Odd Aggressive Behavior”

Kelly unfollowed Molly on Instagram in December 2022. He began posting several cryptic Instagram stories about being in toxic relationships. According to In Touch, one of them read, “In relationships, there is a difference between settling and prioritizing when it comes to wants and needs.” Meanwhile, Kelly was not a part of Molly’s holiday 2022 celebrations. While they were expected to spend the holidays together, Kelly and Molly were separated. Molly was celebrating with her daughters, and Kelly was spending time away with his family. A rep for Molly confirmed their split one day after the news of Olivia and Kelly’s alleged altercation was reported.

The statement mentioned how Molly decided it was best for her to end her relationship with Kelly close to Thanksgiving 2022. It did not specify what exactly led to the shocking breakup but mentioned Kelly had “unhealthy stressors, challenges, and odd aggressive behavior.” Molly became aware of these “concerns” as they became more “visible” during Molly and Kelly’s public appearances as well as private moments together. It also stated that the “concerns” began shortly after Kelly’s retirement and his subsequent move to Georgia to be close to Molly.

Kelly Has A Controversial Cop Record

Kelly worked as a police officer in Brooklyn for 20 years, from July 2002 to July 2022, and Kelly supposedly doesn’t have a clean record. Kelly has had multiple allegations on his record during his service, as revealed by the Civilian Complaint Review Board. Kelly has been in trouble mainly due to four allegations stemming from “Abuse of Authority” to “Physical force.” A 39-year-old Black female alleged that Kelly had used “Force: Physical force,” “Discourtesy: Word,” and “Discourtesy: Action” against her in 2013. In 2017, a 46-year-old Black female and a 23-year-old Black male complained about multiple officers, including Kelly.

They accused Kelly of “Abuse of Authority: Premises entered and/or searched.” However, the case was closed in mid-2017. The March 2013 complaints, which alleged that Kelly abused physical force, were either “Exonerated,” or “Unfounded” and the CCRB couldn’t conclude that the “conduct occurred” regarding the 2017 incident. Regardless, Kelly did land in trouble on multiple occasions, which isn’t a good look. Kelly is the one who earned sympathy from fans after Molly left him on 90 Day: The Last Resort. However, given the toxic nature of their relationship, it was best for the couple to go their separate ways instead of trying to reconcile.
