90 Day Fiancé star Jasmin Lahtinen Abelard’s face appears to have changed since she was on the show. However, the TLC star continues to deny plastic surgery rumors.
Jasmin was introduced to fans last year as Blake Abelard’s fiancée. At the time, many viewers commented on her facial features and speculated about the possible cosmetic work she had done. It didn’t take too long for fans to search her Instagram page for throwback pictures of the 90 Day Fiancé alum and former gymnast. Photos of the reality TV celeb before her 90 Day Fiance fame show a seemingly different person than the one who was featured on the hit reality show. While some applaud her new look, others have criticized her for the suspected facial enhancements.
However, according to Lahtinen, she’s “all natural.” Old Instagram photos of the Finnish star show clear differences in her lips. They appeared much thinner than the full Kylie Jenner-inspired look that she favors these days. Last year, she faced backlash after she called 90 Day Fiancé “fake” while shutting down claims that she went under the knife. Fans of the show took to Twitter to call her out for noticeable differences to her face. “Her face doesn’t move. Her plastic surgeon gave her a perpetual frown. I don’t get it,” one user tweeted. In addition to the changes to her lips, the former pageant queen appears to have a narrower nose than she did before, with a slightly more upturned tip. Some also believe she’s had cheek fillers to contour her face. Fans have made their own before-and-after photos of Lahtinen that show clear differences in the 90 Day Fiancé star’s face, beyond what the magic of makeup can typically do. However, not all the feedback has been negative. There are many who applaud her upgraded look and credit the possible enhancements for matching her style and personality on the show. Prior to meeting Blake online, Lahtinen competed as a gymnast and in beauty pageants in her native Finland. After meeting Blake, the couple began discussing her move to the United States. During a visit to Finland, Blake from 90 Day Fiancé popped the question and the couple got engaged. While on the show, the couple stayed in hotels after his parents kicked him out over disapproval of his international love. However, following their appearance on the show, Lahtinen claimed the show was scripted and said producers failed to accurately represent their relationship. As of late, Lahtinen and Blake from 90 Day Fiancé are living happily together in Los Angeles, CA.
