Nicole is a 29-year-old single mom from Florida who fell in love with Azan, also known as Hasan M’Rouni, a personal trainer from Morocco, after meeting him on a dating app. Nicole was just 21 when she took a leap of faith and went to see Azan in person on 90 Day Fiancé season 4. Nicole and Azan struggled to find a way to be together because of their delayed wedding.

Azan wasn’t attracted to Nicole in the first place. He shut down her attempts at PDA, and there were even rumors Azan was already married. Nicole also didn’t have enough money to bring Azan to the U.S., and he wanted to use the money she was trying to save for their wedding to open a beauty shop in Morocco. Nicole’s daughter, May, was just 20 months old when Nicole met Azan online. Nicole went on a five-week trip to Morocco to see Azan in person, while May was left back home. Nicole said she would be judged by people if she took her little girl to meet an unknown man for the first time. Nicole believed fans got the wrong impression of her relationship because she was choosing not to share her whole life online. At the time, fans wanted Nicole to find someone in the U.S. so she could take care of her daughter and herself. They shamed her for making May refer to Azan as her dad.

Although Nicole doesn’t look much different than before in her newer photos, she appears confident and bold as she smiles for the camera.
