90 Day Fiancé star Andrew Kenton has not been shy about leaning into his villain edit, but the California daycare worker is recently focusing on improving his health. After being locked in an online feud with his ex-fiancée Amira Lollysa and contending with angry viewers, Andrew has taken steps to improve his appearance. The 32-year-old revealed a slimmer frame to his Instagram amid fallout from the season 8 Tell-All wrapping. As always, franchise fans were not shy about sharing their opinions on Andrew’s transformation, as well as offering styling advice.
Andrew caused franchise ripples when he failed to stay at the season 8 Tell-All. The daycare worker stormed out of the show reunion after his ex-fiancé Amira refused to video call in if he was present. A furious Andrew left the set while Amira told the remaining cast members that she was afraid of Andrew due to his excessive screaming. Jovi Dufren, Yara Zaya, Julia Trubkina and Brandon Gibbs were among the cast members who doubted Amira’s tearful claims about her relationship. Jovi, who has recently been spending time with Andrew, stated that he wished his friend was present to share his side of the story.
Post Tell-All drama, Andrew shared several photos to his Instagram revealing his weight loss journey. “I’ve lost a little weight, still a work in progress, not yet where I wanna be, but I’ll celebrate progress,” he wrote. He added that he needed styling tips from his followers since his clothing is now ill-fitting. He acknowledged his style is lacking and invited “jackals” to comment as well. “Looking good. Now time to cut that hair and trim a little of that chest hair always popping out,” one fan wrote in. “Weight loss always deserves a new wardrobe. Women do it,” another person commented. However, fan account @90dayfiancefanatics2 reposted the photo and opened up the comment section to more opinions. Commenters immediately came for Andrew’s poses, which are often called out by fans. “Someone please tell him to stop posing like a teenage girl in every picture with head tilt,” the top commenter wrote. Many commenters urged the daycare worker to consider cutting his hair. “Burn everything you have and start over with a stylist, cut your hair and don’t wear open toe shoes,” one person wrote. Others were more positive. “I mean, credit where it’s due…good for him, it’s not an easy journey. He actually set out on achieving a goal and is getting there, respect to that,” a supportive commenter wrote.
Andrew has been far from the favorite cast member to emerge from season 8. However, he does have friends in the franchise. Jovi Dufren has been a vocal supporter of Andrew and sided with his friend. Jovi, Andrew and Jovi’s wife Yara Zaya all believe that Amira is lying about her relationship with Andrew for fame. Julia Trubkina and Brandon Gibbs also called out the French beauty during the 90 Day Fiancé Tell-All. Since Andrew stormed off the set, he wasn’t able to share his side of the story after Amira spoke. Therefore, many fans don’t know what to believe.
