Fans have been noticing Angela hanging out with many of her TLC cast members lately, from first meeting Tiffany Franco Smith in Maryland, and now partying with Colt Johnson’s mom. Many suspect this friendly version of Angela has emerged as fans want her canceled by TLC due to her abusive calls with Michael on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?. But negative comments don’t seem to be getting Angela down, who’s now being criticized for hiding her wrinkled face behind Photoshop.
After the news of fans wanting Angela to be removed from 90 Day Fiancé broke, the meemaw lashed out at her critics, and even called a blogger “stupid.” Recently, while promoting a hair straightener on Instagram, Angela was mocked for her fried and damaged hair, visible in a set of selfies that also highlighted how she’s aged. This time, Angela surprised some fans by telling them she’ll consider their makeover tips and even revealed new, styled hair during a night out with her Los Angeles friends.
But Angela seems to have gone back to her high ponytail look, as per her new selfie on Instagram, which she posted from an Uber while “going to Osaka in Las Vegas” for her friend Nick Hogan’s birthday dinner. The 90 Day Fiancé star was all dolled up for the photo, with her makeup looking flawless. But at the same time, fans who had seen Angela makeup-free just moments ago on her IG Stories with BFF Jojo couldn’t help but assume that she used filters to get the wrinkle-free look. In her Story, Angela wrote that she was at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas, “kicking it” with Jojo in their bathrobes, fresh out of a jacuzzi. But Angela looked tired, and nothing like what she did in her feed selfie.
In her comments, Angela got plenty of compliments for her new look from the likes of Darcey Silva and Biniyam Shibre. Meanwhile, a 90 Day Fiancé fan posted, “Oh girl you got the facelift!!.” But someone replied to them saying that it could have been Botox since Angela’s “neck gives everything away.” Another TLC viewer jumped in to argue that it “looks like a filter and some Photoshop.” The fan added, “def didn’t get the facelift yet based on her stories.” Someone else also agreed with them and commented, “I think it’s a filter bc her story looks different.”
While Angela’s photo has her looking 20 years younger in the photo, it appears that her wrinkly neck suggests she may have used photo editing. The 90 Day Fiancé star has wanted to get a facelift for the longest time, but on HEA, she was driven away by Dr. Saadat, who wanted her to sign a no-smoking contract. With Angela still openly smoking, it can be estimated that she’s not had the facelift yet.
