It’s not reality TV fame that has inflated Jasmine Pineda’s ego, as she was already full of herself when she was cast in 90 Day Fiancé. Jasmine, 36, and Gino, 53, are an easily recognizable couple in the franchise. Jasmine from Panama and Gino from Michigan couldn’t have more opposite personalities, but they’ve come together to give the franchise some of its most entertaining moments.
However, while Jasmine has become the MVP of the show, her ego-centric actions are jeopardizing Jasmine’s relationship with Gino. Jasmine was contacted by one of Gino’s former sugar babies (via Entertainment Tonight) in 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 5. A woman named Linzee Ryder claimed Gino was sending her Jasmine’s nude photos. Gino revealed that before he met Jasmine, he was looking for a long-term relationship, but typical dating sites were not working for him. He wanted to try something different, so started using sugar daddy websites where he found girls to pay to go on dates with him. Gino claimed he soon realized it wasn’t a good way to find real love.
Jasmine had told Gino, “I’m sorry, I’m not a sugar baby. I prefer to have three, four, five, six, seven jobs.” She said she didn’t approve of men like Gino “taking advantage” of women who needed money. What both Gino and Jasmine were then hiding from fans was that they met on a similar website if not the same one. Jasmine said her best friend had suggested putting her ad on a website for dating internationally. She claimed he had “no idea what the website was about,” which was a lie she made up to hide the transactional nature of their relationship.
Jasmine didn’t want to be a part of the “girls” she was mocking. She didn’t work “seven jobs” when she supposedly lost her teaching position and resorted to asking Gino for money. Jasmine’s ego prevented her from admitting the truth on camera. However, now that the truth is out in the open, Jasmine got her ego boost from making Gino do things as she commanded.

Jasmine was furious when Gino gave her a toothbrush for Christmas and made him shell out $2500 for a four-day island vacation by taunting him about his past trips with his exes. Jasmine once took Gino shopping and decided to spruce up his style, wanting him to spend $500 on clothes, which he thankfully didn’t.
Gino admitted he didn’t want to be a walking cash machine for Jasmine. However, she called him “cheap” and accused him of not wanting to spend money on her. She wanted Gino to pay $700 a month as rent for her new apartment in Before the 90 Days season 5 when he was still not working. Gino had around $650,000 invested in stocks, which he uses for retirement savings. Jasmine was making him dip into this money for her selfish needs.

There’s nothing fun about being in love with an egomaniac. Jasmine proves this in almost every 90 Day Fiancé season 10 scene she’s in.
