Nathan Mitchell teases the exciting direction of Ginny & Georgia season 3 while also looking ahead to season 4. Following the ending of Ginny & Georgia season 2, which saw Georgia arrested, the Netflix series has been on hiatus for over a year, keeping viewers on their toes. Answers will finally be given when Ginny & Georgia season 3 premieres, picking up where they left off in season 2.

In a new interview with Screen Rant while promoting The Boys season 4, Mitchell was asked if he could give any teases about Ginny & Georgia season 3 since production is currently underway. While Mitchell, who plays Zion Miller in the series, couldn’t give away any spoilers, the star promised that the audience would get “whiplash” from the new season, sharing the following:

I wish I could tell you, I don’t know what I’m allowed to say. What I can say is season 3 is going to be bonkers! I have some great tea that I’m not allowed to spill. But they’re going to get whiplash from how much their heads are turning back and forth from surprise It’s a great season that G&G has in store for everyone, and I can’t wait for them to see it.

However, Mitchell also gave an update on Ginny & Georgia season 4, as the show got a two-season pick-up by Netflix when they renewed it after season 2. Mitchell clarified that despite the double-renewal, once they are done with season 3, they won’t be shooting Ginny & Georgia season 4 right afterward, as he will proceed to shoot The Boys season 5. He said:

We’re going to take some time [after season 3.] Luckily, I think The Boys is going to start filming soon, but we will have wrapped up [Ginny & Georgia] season 3 by the time [we start The Boy season 5]. Then we’ll take some time, and then next year, we’ll get into it.

When Will Ginny & Georgia Seasons 3 & 4 Be Released?

Ginny & Georgia Might Not Return For A While

With Ginny & Georgia season 4 likely not starting production for some time, the question of when the show will actually premiere season 3 on Netflix remains. It’s key to remember that, as of late, Netflix has been splitting up several of its newer seasons into multiple parts. It would make sense if Ginny & Georgia seasons 3 and 4 are both given that format, because it is one of the bigger shows on Netflix.

It wouldn’t be shocking if Ginny & Georgia season 3, at this point, doesn’t arrive until 2025. There is still the post-production aspect to take into account after filming is done. However, in the case of Ginny & Georgia season 4, it is very possible that they could still have that season arrive in late 2025 as well. If they are taking the parts 1 and 2 approach, Ginny & Georgia season 4, part 1 could premiere in fall 2025, while season 4, part 2 then premieres in early 2026.

With all of that in mind, it is exciting that Netflix is committing more to Ginny & Georgia following their seasons 3 and 4 renewals. As they have a lot of questions to answer in Ginny & Georgia season 3, time will tell how things will go down. Hopefully, Netflix will have a trailer ready to drop for Ginny & Georgia season 3 sooner rather than later.
