With Boruto: Two Blue Vortex‘s latest plot twist regarding Naruto’s daughter, Himawari, the young girl’s potential has been revealed to be huge and is already surpassing her father in a few ways. In one specific field, healing powers, Himawari’s potential surpasses even that of other jinchuriki, or Tailed Beasts hosts, putting her in a league of her own.

Chapter #11 of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex continued the fight between Jura and Himawari who had just awakened her Nine Tails power. However, before they started fighting, she went over to Inojin and healed the deadly wound when his chest was pierced.

She then again proved how extraordinary her healing power is, and this shocked Jura. This is when he commented that Himawari’s healing power was far greater than that of humans or jinchuriki, and was closer to an actual Tailed Beast itself.

Healing Could Be Himawari’s Strongest Power

Throughout the series, it has been shown that jinchuriki, specifically that of Kurama, can heal almost any type of wound as long as they have chakra left. Naruto healed himself when Sasuke stabbed him with a Chidori, and did so again when Shikamaru was about to die. Kurama’s chakra can amplify regeneration, but cannot regrow limbs, which is why Naruto had to use a prosthetic arm after the end of his series.

However, Jura did not specify how Himawari’s healing capabilities exceed those of jinchurikis and humans. One possibility is the speed at which she recovers and can heal others. Jura snapped her leg in two and as soon as she started using Kurama’s chakra, her leg was back to normal. She also healed Inojin pretty quickly, and also herself again when Jura hit the side of her chest with a Biju Bomb.

Furthermore, Jura confirms that Himawari and Kurama are one and the same and that she is the first human Tailed Beast. Her amazing healing abilities can also be attributed to the fact that she has a better affinity with Kurama’s chakra than even Naruto and Kushina. There is still a lot of mystery regarding Kurama’s return and how Himawari can use it, but Boruto: Two Blue Vortex is gradually laying the foundation for the daughter of the seventh Hokage to be one of the last stands against the impending foes.
