One Piece season 2, episode 1’s title reveal teases the next arc of the manga to be adapted in Netflix’s live-action version of the popular franchise. One Piece season 2 is expected to begin Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates’ adventures in the Grand Line as the happy-go-lucky captain truly begins his quest for the titular treasure. The manga, written and drawn by Eiichiro Oda, is split into a vast array of arcs, which in turn are categorized into Sagas. Season 1 adapted almost all of the East Blue Saga, but left one arc unfulfilled.

Now, One Piece has released an image of the first script for season 2, revealing a title that teases what the next arc of the manga adaptation is going to be.

Season 2, episode 1 is titled “The Beginning and the End,” a reference to Loguetown, the final stop on the Straw Hat Pirates’ adventure before getting to the Grand Line. This means the season will start with the Loguetown Arc, the final part of the East Blue Saga.

More to come…
