Bob Odenkirk is confirmed to return to the action genre for the long-awaited Nobody 2, and the sequel can finally solve the biggest lingering mystery from the first movie. Released in 2021, Nobody starred Odenkirk as Hutch Mansell, a seemingly mild-mannered suburban family man who turned out to have a storied history as a government assassin. He took on the entire Russian mafia in what turned out to be one of the most spectacular action movies of the past decade.

A sequel has been in development ever since, but now Nobody 2 has been officially greenlit with Odenkirk confirmed to reprise his role as Hutch. The Night Comes for Us’ Timo Tjahjanto is taking over the director’s chair from the first film’s Ilya Naishuller.
