With the Chainsaw Man anime still on hiatus for the foreseeable future, the upcoming Science Saru series Dandadan is set to be the closest thing to a replacement. Between its focus on the supernatural and the stunning art and animation shown off in promotional material, anyone who’s a fan of Chainsaw Man will be more than satisfied watching Dandadan, if not more so. Dandadan is one of Shonen Jump’s most underrated titles, so fans have good reason to be excited for the upcoming series.
Dandadan is set to be one of the biggest anime of 2024, and there’s a brand-new trailer to celebrate its upcoming release. The new Dandadan trailer does an incredible job of showing off the artwork and kinetic action of the anime, and it even reveals that Nana Mizuki, Ayane Sakura, and Kaito Ishikawa will be voicing Seiko, Aira, and Jiji, respectfully.

Written by Yukinobu Tatsu, Dandadan is a Japanese Manga created in 2021. The series follows two high school students, one that believes in the existence of ghosts, and one that believes in aliens. In order to prove the other wrong, the duo sets off to an array of supposedly haunted and paranormal places to set the record straight.
