The website is an officially licensed merchandising company and has recently been updated to include clothing and other merch surrounding the character of Rey Skywalker. One of these clothing items showcases a new symbol for Star Wars that will be the flagship of Rey’s New Jedi Order come the release of Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy’s Star Wars movie.

The new logo is certainly interesting, as it combines two major elements of Rey’s Star Wars story. Throughout the sequel trilogy, Rey fought for the Resistance – formerly the Rebel Alliance – and the Jedi Order via her teachings from Luke and Leia. As such, Rey’s New Jedi Order symbol honors both of her major factions from her life.

Star Wars has given tremendous insights into both Rey and New Jedi Order recently, and that information likely hints at the galaxy’s future.
