John has a unique ability to humble Bruce in a way that no other hero seems capable of, especially since the passing of Alfred Pennyworth in the main continuity. Without Alfred to keep Bruce’s ego in check, Constantine could be the perfect fill-in. However, only time will tell if Batman and John Constantine will embark on more adventures together.
