Though this is a classic and the Taurus sign definitely carries an appreciation for classic work that’s shaped how we make movies and music today, the storyline in this particular musical is not something the Taurus sign will find relatable or very engaging.
This musical is about a girl in a small town in Oklahoma, struggling to decide between two male suitors. It’s a classic tale, but a little out-dated for most Taurus people.
Love: The Producers
Taurus people will find the main characters in this movie extremely relatable and it may even give them a chance to laugh at themselves. Both Max and Leo, the two main characters in this film, played by Matthew Broderick and Nathan Lane, are very reliable and practical, but they use their Taurus-like qualities to scheme and break the law.
They decide to put on the worst musical ever knowing that if a play is deemed “a flop” the IRS won’t look into how much money it made, even if the flop makes a profit.
Hate: Pitch Perfect
In the female-led comedy, Pitch Perfect, there are a few great music mashups and a capella arrangements of popular songs, but the Taurus sign will most likely be turned off by the sugar-coated storylines and all of the pop music because none of it is very original.
The Taurus sign watches musical movies to feel inspired or to see something they haven’t seen before, and this is not a movie with much originality in it.

The is a movie that takes pop music and does put a twist on it to give it an original take and storyline and that is something any Taurus will love to see and take in.

Hate: High School Musical
The Disney hit musical, High School Musical, is not something the Taurus sign should take time to see. It’s very basic in the storyline, characters, and structure, and what the High School’s musical is actually about is never quite clear.
The Taurus sign will also struggle to find any sympathy for characters like Sharpei Evans who has very few redeeming qualities and a massive ego.

One of the reasons the Taurus sign will fall in love with the classic musical, The King and I, is for its costumes and design. People born under the Taurus sign have a deep appreciation for the finer things in life and this film did an amazing job of showing some of those finer things.
