American Fiction has secured its VOD release. Released in 2023, American Fiction follows the story of novelist Monk Ellison who, fed up with book publishers’ profiting from a stereotyped idea of “Black” entertainment, writes under a pen name to write a book that falls into the trap of the same type of work he claims to hate.
According to Film Updates, American Fiction is now available on streaming.
