Although Susamaru was one of the first demons Tanjiro fought after becoming an official member of the Demon Slayer Corps, this does not diminish her inherent strengths. She possessed a unique ability to use temari balls as a weapon in battle. The temari she used were able to rip an enemy’s head off when she threw them with enough power, making them quite the weapon.

Although Susamaru failed to defeat Tanjiro and Nezuko, she came shockingly close to taking the pair down and put up an astonishing fight, proving herself to be incredibly agile, accomplished as a fighter, able to regenerate and heal injuries, intelligent at predicting the pair’s next moves, and physically advanced. She has proven one of the biggest threats Tanjiro and Nezuko have faced, and her skills showed them how powerful a demon can truly be, requiring them both to fight their hardest in order to beat her.

Nakime is a character who is often overlooked, but her power should not be underestimated. She serves as one of the frightening Lord Muzan’s most talented demons and is responsible for transporting demons in and out of the impressive Infinity Castle. She is able to accomplish this task simply by strumming a few strings on her biwa, instantly causing a demon to either disappear or reappear where she chooses.

As well as this unique and one-of-a-kind transportation ability, she can also spy on others by generating new eyeballs and sending the eyes wherever she would like them to go. Nakime is also very quick and agile, enabling her to succeed in battle situations. This surprisingly mighty demon should definitely not be underestimated and is rightfully recognized by Muzan as one of the series’ strongest women.

These three women are more than just Tengen’s wives. Suma, Hinatsuru, and Makio are three incredible supporting characters who deserve the admiration of Demon Slayer fans. Each one of these women is unique, and has her own special skills and strengths. They could not be more different from one another, but are all united by their strength, friendship and support for one another and the Demon Slayer Corps members, and love for their caring husband, Tengen Uzui.

All of them are excellent at fighting with a specific sword-like weapon called a kunai, using this instrument to fend off enemies. They each utilize the sword a bit differently. For example, Hinatsuru uses kunai coated in wisteria poison which is very toxic to demons, as well as a crossbow, while Suma and Makio are proficient in close-range combat.

Lady Tamayo is a rare case, being a demon who fights for the good side and genuinely supports humanity. She does not kill humans, and focuses her research on trying to learn how to turn demons back into humans. Her talent lies in her astounding intelligence, medical expertise, and the Blood Demon Art she possesses as a result of being a demon.

Although Lady Tamayo does not often engage in physical battles, the poisons she creates and the Blood Demon Art she wields are arguably even more dangerous to enemies than fists and weapons. Later in the series, she is responsible for weakening Lord Muzan using a poison she personally created. She is one of Demon Slayer’s smartest and strongest characters, as well as spectacularly strong-willed, since she is able to fight against her demon instincts and follow her own convictions instead.

The Upper Rank Six demon Daki was responsible for one of the hardest battles Tanjiro and Nezuko faced in Demon Slayer. She and her brother Gyutaro were almost able to defeat the Kamado siblings through their combined demon powers. Daki’s list of mastered techniques is almost too long to list, including immense speed and powerful punching and kicking strength.

The truly evil and cruel demon also possesses a unique form of Blood Demon Art that allows her to use her hair and the sashes she wears as weapons against those she is fighting. It’s a wonder Tanjiro and Nezuko managed to defeat her, considering she was able to survive losing limbs and even her head, through her ability to regenerate body parts in record time. Daki is one of Demon Slayer’s most impressive and strongest female demons, with a horrifying death count including seven Hashira.

Nezuko Kamado Is Resilient & Physically Powerful

She has managed to conquer sunlight, placing her skills above those of the other demons in the series

Being turned from a human into a demon could’ve destroyed Nezuko’s confidence and caused her to give up, but she used the tragic occurrence to continue fighting even harder. As Demon Slayer progresses, her strength only grows, and she becomes more skilled at using the unfamiliar new Blood Demon Art she now has. Many times when Tanjiro was in great danger of losing or being harmed, including during the battle with Daki and Gyutaro, Nezuko stepped in and shocked the opponents with her powerful kicking and stunning Blood Demon Art.

In season three, Nezuko even managed to conquer sunlight, surpassing the demon’s biggest hindrance and fear. Lord Muzan is eager to capture her and steal this newfound ability that makes her quite possibly the most advanced demon in the series. Although she still must continue training and getting used to her new demon body and set of talents, Nezuko is on the road to becoming one of the most terrifying and menacing heroes in the entire series. She is one of Demon Slayer’s strongest women, and at this point, almost on par with even the Upper Rank demons.

Love Hashira Mitsuri Kanroji Never Gives Up

She is not only incredibly strong and skilled at Love Breathing, but possesses indestructible persistence

Love Hashira Mitsuri Kanroji’s journey hasn’t always been easy, but she has still managed to become one of the most powerful and accomplished Hashira in Demon Slayer. She dealt with intense insecurity and lack of confidence, but thankfully grew to accept and love herself as she is. She has a lot to be proud of, including helping defeat an Upper Rank Four, Hantengu, in season three.

Mitsuri is physically strong, and her unshakable stamina helps her keep up with nearly any demon who challenges her. She knows two Breathing Styles, Flame Breathing and Love Breathing, but primarily uses the latter to take down her opponents. Her katana is uniquely flexible and can bend into different shapes like a whip, giving it a wider range of motion to reach demons. Mitsuri’s arsenal of abilities seems almost endless and her hours of dedicated training have paid off. She is the type of person who will never give up, no matter how difficult the circumstances are.
