10 Burning Questions Shoresy Season 3 Needs To Answer

10 Burning Questions Shoresy Season 3 Needs To Answer

The hilarious sitcom and Letterkenny spinoff, Shoresy, will be returning for a third season and there are some burning questions that the show needs to answer. Shoresy, the brainchild of Jared Keeso, premiered on Crave in May, 2022 and quickly rose to popularity. With the show’s funny catchphrases, interesting characters, and an intriguing lead, it’s not surprising that Shoresy season 3 was renewed before the second season premiered. Shoresy season 2 featured funny moments and team spirit that viewers of the show have come to love about it.

As far as sports comedies go, Shoresy is undoubtedly one of the best shows because of how it perfectly balances sports humor while maintaining the characters’ desire to be the best in their league. Shoresy season 2 ended on a high note with the team winning the league and Laura finally giving Shoresy a chance. The upcoming season has several routes that the show could take to not only keep it funny, but popular. There are new storylines Shoresy season 3 could follow, new characters to introduce, and developing the characters who are already on the show that need more fleshing out.

10 Will The Bulldogs Do Another Calendar Shoot?

The Calendar Shoot Might Become Part Of The Bulldog Tradition

10 Burning Questions Shoresy Season 3 Needs To Answer

The calendar shoot that the Bulldogs participated in was a huge source of discomfort for Shoresy. Nonetheless, the money the team raised from selling the calendar will help the Bulldogs play in the National Senior Tournament. However, the calendar shoot could be a double-edged sword. On one hand, it helps the team raise money, but on the other hand, the Bulldogs get so much attention from women that they tend to lose focus on the goal. Seeing as the calendar has been one of the best parts of the show and has provided some of the funniest jokes, Shoresy season 3 should continue with the calendar tradition.

9 What Will Nat Do If The Bulldogs Do Not Win The National Senior Tournament?

Nat Hates To Lose

Nat has made it clear that she hates to lose since she almost folded the team when they weren’t winning any games. However, the Bulldogs, thanks to the leadership of Shoresy and Sanguinet, are now the best in the NOSHO. Still, there’s a chance their luck might not continue in the new season. For someone like Nat who hates to lose, it will be interesting to see how she will react if the Bulldogs do not make it to the top since she has become accustomed to them winning. It’s unclear if she will continue bankrolling them or will decide that the team has seen its best days and it’s time to call it quits.

8 What Is Next For JJ Frankie JJ?

JJ Frankie JJ Might Have Learned His Lesson

JJ Frankie JJ in Shoresy

In the Shoresy season 2 finale, it seemed that every member of the Bulldogs got a happy ending, including JJ Frankie JJ. He’s one of the best players on the team, whom Shoresy seems to rely on most. As a character, JJ Frankie JJ can either be hated or loved because he seems to have little personality. However, JJ Frankie JJ’s messy personal life provided one of the most dramatic yet funny moments in Shoresy season 2 after he got caught cheating on his three girlfriends. Shoresy season 3 is a chance for JJ Frankie JJ to be more than the quiet, gruff guy who rarely says anything.

7 Will The Team Be More Focused?

The Bulldogs Need To Be Accountable

The cast of Shoresy

The Sudbury Bulldogs might be at the top of the Northern Ontario Senior Hockey Organization league, but they do seem to lack the athletic focus that will take them to the next level. The Bulldogs are more focused on women, thanks to the amount of attention they were getting because of the calendar, than they were on their games. Admittedly, they did step up and ditched the women to remain accountable before they played against the Soo Hunt. However, it’s unclear if that focus remain in Shoresy season 3 now that the Bulldogs are the hottest team in the league.

6 Will Shoresy’s Behavior Get Worse?

Shoresy Will Do Whatever It Takes To Win

For some people, winning is more important than losing, but Shoresy loves to win because he hates to lose more. Shoresy’s team was almost folded by Nat because they were not winning any games. Shoresy and Sanguintet beat the Bulldogs into shape and made them a team that could face off against the best opponents. However, the more the team improved, the more Shoresy seemed to lose it. Now that they are in the big leagues, it’s not clear if Shoresy will be able to handle the pressure in season 3.

5 What Will Happen To Ziig And Migg

Ziig And Miig Deserve More Screentime

Zigg and Migg are the funniest pair on the show, and have a love/hate relationship with Shoresy. Despite their sass and humor, Ziig and Miig are rarely shown alone. They are always with Nat, which makes sense as they work for her, but they deserve to have the spotlight on them. Shoresy season 3 should give the chance to the hilarious pair so that audiences could know more about them, instead of just seeing them as Nat’s sidekicks.

4 Will Someone Leave The Team?

The Bulldogs Will Have To Be At The Top Of Their Game

Jims in Shoresy

In Shoresy season 2, Fish, the scorer, was having a hard time scoring. To motivate him, Shoresy and Sanguinet told Fish he would be booted off the team if he didn’t score any goals in the match they were playing. Luckily, Fish got his mojo back and managed to score the goal that made his team victorious. However, Fish was not the only one having a difficult time with his game. The Jims were also having trouble setting the tone. Since being booted off the team or traded is something that can happen if the players are not performing well, it’s a possibility that some of the Bulldogs may leave the team in Shoresy season 3.

3 Will Laura & Shoresy Become A Couple?

Laura and Shoresy Might Have The Best Relationship In Shoresy

Shoresy has no shortage of dysfunctional couples, but one can’t help but root for Shoresy and Laura. They’re both clearly into each other, but Laura has been dismissing Shoresy’s advances. Shoresy pursued Laura for a year until she finally relented and decided to give him a chance. In the Shoresy season 2 finale, Laura invited Shoresy back to her place, but he denied her so that he could be accountable to his team as they were playing their biggest opponents the next day. Now that Laura has decided to give Shoresy a chance, Shoresy season 3 is an opportunity for the pair to become a couple.

2 Will The Bulldogs Remain Undefeated?

The Bulldogs Might Not Be Number 1 Forever

Shoresy has managed to create a hockey team that hates to lose and loves to win. The Sudbury Bulldogs have maintained a winning streak or an entire season, but it’s not a guarantee that luck will continue in Shoresy season 3. Shoresy’s goal is to ensure that his team not only wins the league, but becomes the best team ever, and that can only be managed if their winning streak continues. However, maintaining their winning streak will not be easily achieved, seeing as they will be going up against the best hockey teams in Canada.

1 What Team Is Their New Biggest Rival In Season 3?

The Sudbury Bulldogs Will Be Playing In The National Senior Tournament

Now that the Sudbury Bulldogs have won the league, they will be moving on to play against better teams in the National Senior tournament. With the Soo Hunt now defeated, it stands to reason that their newest rivals will be like nothing the team has ever faced before. Since the American hockey teams are becoming almost as good as the Canadian teams, the Bulldogs’ new biggest rivals in Shoresy season 3 might be American, or they could be the best Canadian team in the league.
