The quote is indeed a romantic way of setting up the next date, but fans who use it as a pick-up line may have to deal with their date’s expectation of them arriving with an impressive powerful army, just as Gandalf did in Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers.

Arwen proved she is the best elf when she outran the Nazgûl and saved Frodo, and while some would like to resemble the beautiful elf and her loving relationship with Aragorn, others prefer to be compared to the scary ring-servants of Lord Sauron.
